Why Your Tracking May Not Be Live Yet (Royal Mail, Fedex, USPS, Landmark, etc.)
If your tracking hasn’t gone live yet with carriers like Royal Mail, Fedex, USPS, or Landmark, it usually means your parcel hasn’t been scanned by the carrier.
When orders are picked up from our warehouse, they’re often sent in bulk. Especially with services like Royal Mail Tracked 48, the first scan may not happen until the day of delivery.
Until your order reaches and is processed at the main sorting center, tracking updates may not appear.
This is normal and doesn’t mean your order isn’t moving. If it has not had its first scan by the carrier in 3 days, please get in touch and we can investigate further.
If you have further questions, check back later for updates or review your carrier’s tracking FAQ for more details.
