What happens if I return items from a discounted order?

When you return items from a discounted order, your refund is recalculated based on what you keep, not what you return.

How promotional returns work:

For Buy 2, Get 2 Free orders:

• Keep 2 cases, return 2 cases = no refund issued
• Must return all 4 cases to receive full refund
• Partial returns trigger automatic price recalculation

The calculation process:

Our return system automatically determines what you would have paid if you had originally ordered only the items you're keeping. This ensures promotional pricing remains fair - you only receive the discount benefit when keeping the complete set that qualified for the original offer.

What this means:

Promotional discounts apply to the entire qualifying set. Returning part of a promotional bundle removes the discount eligibility, so refunds reflect the adjusted pricing for your remaining items.
