What happens if I miss the 60-day return window?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted after 60 days from delivery. However, you may still have options if your product has a manufacturing defect.

Return window policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
  • After 60 days, standard returns for change of mind are no longer accepted
  • This policy ensures efficient processing and inventory management

Alternative option: 12-month warranty

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may still qualify for a replacement under our 12-month warranty, even after the 60-day return window has passed.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Misprints or printing errors
  • Misalignment problems
  • Any product faults not caused by normal wear and tear

How to check if you qualify for warranty

Step 1: Assess your product issue

  • Determine if the problem is a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear
  • Take clear photos showing the specific defect or issue

Step 2: Contact our support team

  • Provide photos of the defect and describe the specific problem
  • Include your order number and purchase date
  • Explain how the issue affects the product's function or appearance

What happens next

If your issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under warranty, we'll process a replacement at no cost to you. Warranty claims are typically approved within 24 hours based on photo evidence, and you'll receive confirmation and shipping details for your replacement.
