My tracking number is not working

Why tracking numbers may not work immediately


When your order ships, Tracking usually updates within a few hours, but sometimes it can take upto 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.


This delay is normal and occurs because:


  • Carriers need time to scan and update packages in their network
  • Tracking data syncs between our system and the carrier's database


What to do if tracking isn't working


Step 1: Wait 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number


Step 2: Try entering your tracking number directly on the carrier's website


Step 3: Check that you're using the correct tracking number format

Additional troubleshooting tips


  • Ensure you're checking the correct carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
