My tracking number is not working
Why tracking numbers may not work immediately
When your order ships, Tracking usually updates within a few hours, but sometimes it can take upto 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
This delay is normal and occurs because:
- Carriers need time to scan and update packages in their network
- Tracking data syncs between our system and the carrier's database
What to do if tracking isn't working
Step 1: Wait 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number
Step 2: Try entering your tracking number directly on the carrier's website
Step 3: Check that you're using the correct tracking number format
When to contact us
If your tracking number still isn't working after 48 hours, we can help investigate the issue and provide an update on your order status.
Additional troubleshooting tips
- Ensure you're checking the correct carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
- Try removing any spaces or special characters from the tracking number
- Some international shipments may take longer to appear in tracking systems
