My phone broke while using your case — is this covered?

Phone damage that occurs while using our case is not covered under warranty. We're really sorry to hear your phone was damaged — we know how frustrating that can be.


About our case protection


Our cases are built and tested for military-grade drop protection, which covers everyday accidents and even tougher impacts. However, no case can guarantee absolute protection from every possible drop — especially with today's glass-backed phones.


Why phone damage can still occur


Phone damage can sometimes happen from:


  • Repeated small impacts over time that weaken the phone's structure
  • Unusual drop angles that no case can fully protect against
  • Pre-existing phone vulnerabilities or wear


What our warranty covers


While we can't cover phone damage, our warranty ensures we'll always take care of the case itself if it ever fails or shows defects during normal use.
