My payment was declined — what should I do?

Payment declines can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or bank security checks that flag the transaction as suspicious.


What to try next


  • Use a different payment method – Try another credit card or switch to PayPal for processing
  • Verify your billing information – Ensure all details match your bank records exactly
  • Contact your bank – Ask them to lift any security holds on your account that might be blocking the transaction


Don't worry about pending charges


If your payment failed, any "pending" charges showing on your account will disappear automatically within a few hours – no funds have actually been taken.


Check for partial attempts


Sometimes payment attempts are logged in our system even when they fail. We can check for any partial checkout attempts that might help identify the specific issue.
