Articles on: Shipping & Delivery

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it.

When your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early or leave them in safe locations.

First steps to take

Check common delivery locations:

  • With neighbors who might have accepted the package

  • Safe spots around your property (porches, side doors, garages)

  • Building concierge or mailroom

  • Mailboxes or parcel lockers

  • Behind gates or in secure areas

Wait 24 hours

Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before actual delivery occurs. Your package may still arrive within the next day.

Request delivery proof

Contact us with your order number and we can provide delivery proof including:

  • Photos taken at delivery

  • GPS location data from the carrier

  • Specific delivery details

What happens next

We'll work directly with the carrier to investigate and ensure you receive either your original package or a replacement at no additional cost. This will include interviewing the post worker who delivered the item to find the location it was delivered, and GPS location of the delivery scan.
