My order was returned to sender — what happens next?

When your order is returned to sender, we can either resend it or process a refund based on the return reason.

What happens next depends on why it was returned:

Customer-related issues (incorrect address, uncollected parcel):

  • You'll need to cover re-shipping costs.
  • We'll correct any address errors before resending

Carrier error (delivery failure on their end):

  • We'll resend your order at no additional cost
  • No extra charges for the replacement shipment

Customs refusal:

  • We'll work with you to determine the best resolution
  • May involve address corrections or alternative shipping methods

Next steps:

Contact us with your order number so we can confirm the return reason and arrange either a free resend or refund based on the circumstances.

We'll ensure any address issues are corrected before processing a replacement order.

If an order gets returned multiple times, we may need to review future shipping options to prevent recurring issues.
