My case is peeling (ink chipping) — what happens?
If they say their case is peeling, the ink is chipping or coming off, they are covered under our 12-month warranty.
Ask them to do the following:
- Provide their order number
- Provide a photo of the damaged case
What happens next
Pass this to an agent so they can review it.
No need to return the damaged case - just dispose of it responsibly.
