I cancelled my order but the payment still shows.

When you cancel an order immediately, you may still see the payment showing on your bank statement temporarily. This is a bank authorization hold, not an actual charge - no funds have been taken from your account.

What's happening

  • Banks place temporary holds when processing payments
  • Cancelling the order stops the actual charge from going through
  • The hold appears as a pending transaction but isn't a real deduction

Timeline for resolution

The authorization hold typically clears automatically within 24-48 hours. Your bank will release these funds back to your available balance without any action needed from you.

If the hold persists

Should the hold still appear after 5 business days, contact your bank directly. They can provide specific details about their authorization hold policies and manually release the funds if necessary.

What this means for you

Your cancelled order won't result in any charges, and the temporary hold will disappear from your account within the standard banking timeframe.
