Yes — our personalised cases are covered by the same 60-day returns policy as all our other cases. You can return your personalised case for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

  • Standard return shipping costs apply


Alternative for international customers:


If you're located internationally and prefer to avoid return shipping costs, we can offer a 40% discount on a re-order instead of processing a return. This saves you from having to send the item back to us for exchange.


What happens next


For standard returns:


Contact us with your return request and we'll provide return instructions and shipping details.


For discount re-orders:


Contact us to request the 40% discount code for your new order. This allows you to get exactly what you want without international shipping delays or costs.
