Can I exchange my case for a different model or design?

Yes, you can exchange your case for a different model within 60 days of delivery. The exchange process depends on what type of change you need.

What exchanges are allowed


  • Same design, different phone model: Direct exchange
  • Different design: Return for refund/store credit, then place new order


How to request an exchange


Step 1: Access the returns portal


  • Visit our online returns portal
  • Select your order and the item you want to exchange


Step 2: Choose your exchange type


  • For same design/different phone model: Complete the exchange directly
  • For different design: Process as a return for refund or store credit


Step 3: Complete the process


  • Follow the portal instructions to finalize your exchange
  • If you encounter system errors, contact our support team for manual processing


Different design exchange process


If you want to change to a completely different design, you'll need to:


  1. Return your current case via our return portal for a refund or store credit
  2. Place a new order for your preferred design


This two-step process ensures proper inventory management for design changes.


Who Pays shipping?


It is your responsibility to get the item back to us, currently we do not offer a paid shipping label for this. Any exchange item we send to you will have free shipping.


What happens next


Once your exchange is processed, you'll receive confirmation and tracking information. For design changes, you'll receive your refund/store credit first, then can place your new order.
