Can I edit my personalisation after ordering?

If you're wondering about editing your personalization after placing an order, unfortunately changes cannot be made once your custom design has been submitted. We start production immediately after you submit your design to ensure fast delivery times.


Why changes aren't possible


  • Custom designs go directly to production after order submission
  • Production begins immediately to maintain quick turnaround times
  • Once in production, the personalization process cannot be reversed or modified


What you can do instead


If you contact us immediately and your order hasn't been fulfilled:


  • We can cancel your current order in our system
  • You can then place a new order with the correct personalization details
  • This option is only available if production hasn't started yet


If your order is already in production:


  • Changes are no longer possible at this stage
  • The order will complete with the original personalization submitted
  • You would need to place a separate new order for different personalization


What happens next


The fastest resolution is to cancel your current order (if still possible) and place a corrected order with your desired personalization. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without delays.


Note: Time is critical for cancellations - contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to maximize the chance your order can still be cancelled before production begins.
