Can I change my address/order details?

Once an order is placed, our system doesn't allow editing shipping addresses or product details. The most reliable solution is to cancel your current order (if still unfulfilled) and place a new one with the correct information.

How to change your order details

Step 1: Log into your account - you'll see the option to self-cancel your order

Step 2: Click the cancel option to process your cancellation immediately

Step 3: Place a new order with the correct shipping address or product details

Note: Self-cancellation is the quickest and most reliable method to ensure your order processes with accurate information.

If your order hasn't dispatched yet Our fulfillment team may attempt a manual change with your order number, though this isn't guaranteed. Canceling and reordering remains the most reliable option.
