Can I cancel my order?

When you can cancel your order

Orders marked as "Unfulfilled" can be cancelled with a full refund processed via your original payment method.

When cancellation isn't possible

Orders already "Fulfilled" cannot be cancelled. If your order cannot be cancelled, we can guide you through our returns process once you receive your item.

How to cancel your order

1. Log into your account - you'll see the option to self-cancel your order
2. Click the cancel option to process your cancellation immediately
3. If self-cancellation isn't available - our operations team may be able to check if it's still possible to stop production, but self-cancellation is the quickest method

Note: If you need to reorder correctly after cancellation, the fastest approach is to self-cancel first, then place a new order with the correct details.
